Before joining AAF, Andrew worked as an editor at the quarterly policy journal National Affairs, and as a reporter at the Washington Free Beacon covering health care, government oversight, and other issues. He also lived in Kigali, Rwanda and London, England, working as a consultant and freelance writer. He graduated magna cum laude from Davidson College with a BA in Political Science.
