Since struggling to implement his legislative agenda, President Obama has tried circumventing the process with the implementation of job-killing regulations.  In 2011, the administration published $231.4 billion in regulatory burdens and 133 million annual paperwork burden hours.  We will chronicle new regulations throughout 2013 and continue to do so each week to provide you a better picture of an often overlooked subject.
