Elizabeth Lowell
Research Analyst
Elizabeth Lowell works for the Forum as a research analyst. Previously she was a staff member at the House Energy and Commerce Committee. She has also worked at an energy management software startup in Silicon Valley. Elizabeth earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. She also received the Terman Award for scholastic achievement in engineering, and was a Mayfield Fellow.
